Pros
Longtime agent here. Was stuck with low comp and a bad attitude. Decided to change my life when a old trusted friend went to Balanced Options Agency and LOVED it. I had to change some of my ways and thinking. I became coachable. Suddenly I was making more than I could imagine I am now a Sales Manager and soon I will be a VP too.
Cons
Really appreciate Balanced Options Agency and I can’t think of a con.
Advice to Management
Thank you. The training is all usable in the field. Most is not the usual rah rah we love our IMO bull. Annuities have always been hard for me but your annuity support and training is second to no one.
